ReplyDeleteThis is because it is illegal, a motorcycle, moped or scooter onto the sidewalk. It is illegal to drive any motor vehicle on the sidewalk. Since you can not, does not cover the insurance problem occur.
If you broke, you are legally obliged to drive on the road.

You need an insurance policy, even if the park is located on the highway or in an area accessible to the public. On the sidewalk, we, the United Kingdom, but it must urge "all" legal way to get him on the street.
ReplyDeleteNo, you have to travel insurance cover. You do not need to push for insurance. If it is an old that you can actually pedal, you do not need travel insurance if the pedal and the engine is turned off.
ReplyDeleteYes, it must be ensured. The only possible excuse, and it is a gray area is whether it can run on its own. This is really no motor, where the candle is not enough
